About the Location
Please note that camping for Flite Fest will take place on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, an active U.S. Air Force installation (which is pretty cool, and also means this is not a traditional campground)
Camping sites are dry campsites only. There are no water hookups, electrical hookups, or dump stations available for RVs or campers. Generators and propane grills are permitted in designated camping areas.
A mobile RV pump-out service is being coordinated for the event. Details, scheduling information, and contact instructions will be posted once finalized. Any pump-out services will be arranged directly between campers and the service provider.
Campers should plan accordingly and arrive self-sufficient for the duration of their stay. Additional camping information is available in the FAQ section.
Camping sites are subject to change based on field conditions, operational needs, or other event-related requirements at the time of the event.
Camping reservations must be made online in advance.
No same-day or on-site camping reservations will be permitted.
No refunds after July 5th.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in begins August 5 at 12 PM. No entry will be permitted before noon.
- Daily check-in closes at 7 PM. No exceptions.
- Campsite must be vacated August 9 by 4 PM. No late departures.
Campers may check in or depart at any time during the hours posted above.
Review all camping policies carefully. Due to the event's location at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, several camping rules and procedures differ from those at previous Flite Fest events.

Campers will NOT BE PERMITTED ON-SITE unless all waivers are completed.
Important Camping Information
Please review all camping information carefully. Due to the event location at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force @ Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, several camping rules and procedures differ from previous Flite Fest events.
- Reservation holder must be 18 years or older and present at the campsite.
- The individual registering the campsite is responsible for all occupants and ensuring compliance with all event rules and policies.
- Shower facilities and portable restrooms will be available on-site.
- Service animals are permitted; the individual is responsible for cleaning up after them and disposing of any waste properly. Pets that are not service animals are not authorized.
- Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are not available. Generators are permitted.
- Charcoal grills and open flames are prohibited. Propane grills are permitted.
- Personal golf carts, scooters, e-scooters, bicycles, e-bikes, one-wheels, and similar vehicles are not permitted on-site.
- Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are permitted only with a valid state-issued disability placard and must remain on designated paths.
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Alcohol is not permitted.
- Federal Laws apply, NOT STATE. No illegal drugs are allowed, including marijuana. No firearms, fireworks, or weapons are authorized.
- Proof of vehicle insurance is required.
- RC aircraft and drones may only operate within designated Flite Fest flying areas.

- Quiet Hours are from 12 AM to 7 AM.
- The NMUSAF gate will be locked from 9 PM to 8 AM. Entry and exit will not be permitted during these hours except for emergencies.
- Staff-operated golf cart shuttles will be available for individuals with special needs.
