Important Wright Patterson Air Force Base Security Alert

To help ensure the safety and security of everyone camping at Flite Fest and/or participating in the DARPA Lift Challenge at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the 88th Security Forces Squadron has implemented an additional security screening process for overnight campers.

Who is collecting this information?

The information is being collected directly by the 88th Security Forces Squadron (WPAFB Security Forces). Flite Test will not receive or store this information.

Who needs to submit it?

Every camper 18 years of age or older staying in the campground. Families or groups traveling together may submit a single email with everyone's information.

Please submit your information by August 3 to:

Subject: Flite Fest - Your Last Name

Include the following for each adult:

  • Full Legal Name
  • Date of Birth
  • State of Issuance and Driver's License Number
  • Citizenship
  • Passport Number (required only if you are not a U.S. citizen)

If your information is not submitted by August 3, you will be required to provide the same information during campground check-in before you will be permitted to enter the camping area. Submitting it in advance will help speed up the check-in process.

This information will be used by WPAFB Security Forces to facilitate campground entry and help provide a safe experience for all campers and event participants.
