Congratulations!
Because your team has been invited to participate in the DARPA Lift Challenge, you qualify for access to reserved team camping at Flite Fest 2026.
A limited number of premium campsites have been set aside exclusively for invited DARPA Lift Challenge teams, giving you convenient access to the flight line, event activities, and your custom aircraft throughout the week.
To reserve one of the 100 RV sites or 50 tent campsites allocated for DLC participants, your team must complete campsite registration between June 5 and June 19 using the DARPA-issued registration code.
Registration link and codes will be distributed by DARPA Lift Challenge organizers via email on June 5. Enter the code in the Eventbrite promo code field to unlock team campsite availability.
Any reserved sites not claimed by June 19 will be released to the public beginning June 20.

Tent Campsites
Please note that camping for Flite Fest will take place on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, an active U.S. Air Force installation (which is pretty cool, and also means this is not a traditional campground)
Camping sites are dry campsites only. There are no water hookups, or electrical hookups available for RVs or campers. Generators and propane grills are permitted in designated camping areas.
A mobile RV pump-out service is being offered by Porta Kleen. Click here to order water and/or waste disposal service.
Campers should plan accordingly and arrive self-sufficient for the duration of their stay. Additional camping information is available in the FAQ section.
Camping sites are subject to change based on field conditions, operational needs, or other event-related requirements at the time of the event.
Camping reservations must be made online in advance.
No refunds after July 5th.
No same-day or in-person camping reservations will be permitted.
