Fitness Class

At the Hangar

Diana Furey, L-2 CrossFit coach and personal trainer, will be offering a morning functional fitness class at 7:00 am at the Furey’s hangar and gym.

The class style and structure will be based on the number of sign ups. Class size will be limited to 20 so be sure to sign up by 7:00 pm the evening before each class. Classes will be offered Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings.

Functional fitness movements will be the focus of each class with varying intensities each day.

Movements consist of (but not limited to) sit ups, kettlebell swings, dumbbells, slam balls, boxes for box jumps or step ups, burpees, and battle ropes.

Classes are free of charge.
